A yoga workshop was conducted by Vishnu Sir, which was very informative and beneficial. The session mainly focused on the importance of yoga in maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Sir explained how regular practice of yoga helps in reducing stress, improving concentration, maintaining body flexibility, and leading a healthy lifestyle. His explanations were simple and clear, which made it easy for everyone to understand the value of yoga in daily life.
The workshop also included practical sessions where Vishnu Sir demonstrated and guided us through various yoga asanas. We actively participated in practicing these asanas under his guidance, and he corrected our postures and techniques.
