Community living camp

 The Community Living Camp “Synergy” organized by Iqbal Training College for the 2024–2026 batch was a meaningful and enriching experience that truly reflected the spirit of “Together we live, together we transform.” The camp offered a well-balanced blend of academic, cultural, physical, and life-skill oriented activities such as yoga and morning walks, mental health workshops, news bulletin presentations, group discussions, creative workshops, games, trekking, campus beautification, cultural nights, and valedictory programmes. Sessions like mindfulness, leadership talks, environmental awareness, folk and art activities, and community-based interactions helped students develop cooperation, discipline, confidence, and social responsibility. The structured daily routine with bells, group living, shared responsibilities, and reflective sessions promoted unity, mutual respect, and holistic personality development. Overall, the camp successfully fostered teamwork, self-reflection, and experiential learning, making it a memorable and transformative component of the B.Ed curriculum.

1st phase 5th week

 The fifth week of my teaching practice was a highly engaging and productive experience, as the classes were conducted using activity-based learning. During this week, I planned and implemented various student-centered activities such as group work, discussions, and simple tasks that encouraged active participation and collaboration among students. These activities helped students understand the concepts more clearly and made the learning process enjoyable and meaningful. This week helped me realize the effectiveness of activity-based learning in improving students’ interest and understanding, and it strengthened my ability to design creative and interactive lessons.

1st phase 4th week

 The fourth week of my teaching practice was a meaningful and confidence-building experience, as I became more comfortable with classroom teaching and student interaction. During this week, I was able to manage the class effectively, present lessons with better clarity, and use appropriate teaching aids to support students’ understanding. I focused more on encouraging student participation by asking questions and giving simple activities, which made the classes more interactive. I also improved my time management and assessment skills by giving short evaluations and feedback. The fourth week of teaching practice helped me strengthen my teaching skills and prepared me better for my future responsibilities as a teacher.

Phase 1 week 3

 During this third week of teaching practice, I had the opportunity to handle three classes, which helped me gain better confidence and classroom control. This week was especially interesting because I tried to make my lessons more interactive by asking short questions, encouraging student participation, and connecting the topic with their previous knowledge.  Managing time and maintaining discipline became easier compared to the previous weeks, and I felt more comfortable explaining concepts clearly. This week was a valuable learning experience that enhanced my teaching skills and motivated me to improve my methods further in the coming weeks.
