Conducted capacity building programe on stress management lead by Krishnapriya [consulting psychologist at Iqbal training college ] on 21-01-2025 as part of BEd curriculam for the first year BEd students.The session aimed to help teacher trainees understand the causes of stress and learn practical techniques to manage it effectively in both personal and professional life. Through engaging activities and expert guidance, participants were encouraged to develop emotional resilience and adopt healthy coping strategies.
